Terms of Service

Beo — Instagram CRM. Last updated: 12 August 2026.

These Terms govern your use of Beo ("the Service"), an Instagram customer-relationship management tool operated under the GrowBeyond brand by Štěpán Kakeš, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register under company number (IČO) 24411523, with a registered address at Konopná 636/7, Liberec XIV-Ruprechtice, 460 14 Liberec, Czech Republic. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Beo lets organizations connect their Instagram professional account to manage direct messages and comments, organize leads, view analytics, and use optional AI assistance. Access is provided to organizations and the users they authorize.

2. Accounts & access

Access is provisioned by the platform operator or your organization's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must have the right to connect any Instagram account you link, and to manage messages and comments on it.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable law and with Meta's and Instagram's Platform Terms and Community Standards.
• Do not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or harassing or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend access that violates these Terms or that puts the Service or Meta's platform at risk.

4. Your content & data

You retain ownership of your Instagram content and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on the Instagram API and other providers. We are not responsible for changes, downtime or limitations of those platforms, which may affect availability of features.

6. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular business outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Štěpán Kakeš is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Instagram account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
